Our team is led by the esteemed Engineer Cecilio C. Reyes, LLB, a distinguished figure in the field of geodetic engineering with a legacy of leadership and technical excellence. Bringing decades of high-level expertise to every project, Engr. Reyes served as the National President of the Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines (GEP) from 2009 to 2011, where he helped shape the standards of the profession nationwide. His commitment to technical mastery and professional integrity was further recognized in 2019, when he was honored as the Professional Regulation Commission’s (PRC) Most Outstanding Professional for Geodetic Engineering. Under his guidance, our firm maintains the highest level of precision and adherence to the legal and technical frameworks of land surveying.
